Solar Structure Accessories

What are the components of solar photovoltaic brackets:

1. Support bracket
A system that supports photovoltaic cell modules. Vertical poles, supports, beams, and shafts made of metal materials. To track the trajectory of the sun, slides and accessories can also be equipped with transmission and control components.
2. Fixed bracket
Supports that cannot adjust tilt and directional angles.
3. Dual axis tracking bracket
The bracket rotates around the axis to track the sun.
4. Two axis tracking bracket
The bracket rotates around two axes to track the sun.
5. Upright pole
Connection between beams, slabs, and foundations. Components such as shafts and slides.
6. Support
Used to strengthen the stability of upright poles, beams, and sliding rails.
7. Beam
The components that support the slide rail.
8. Axis
A component used to support the slide rail and adjust the angle of the slide rail (for tracking brackets).
9. Sliding rail
The components that support photovoltaic power generation modules.
10. crankshaft
The mechanical transmission components are used between the bracket and the power device (suitable for photovoltaic tracking brackets).
11. Accessories
The connection between straight sections, straight sections, and curved sections used to form a continuous photovoltaic support system, to fix or supplement the functional components of straight sections and curved sections. The bracket accessories are divided into: straight fixing plate, screw connecting plate, bending fixing plate, variable angle fixing plate, partition, pressure plate, and fastener.

  1. Foundation: The foundation provides support and stability for the entire solar photovoltaic system. It can be made of concrete, steel, or other suitable materials depending on the specific location and terrain.
  2. Mounting hardware: Mounting hardware includes screws, bolts, washers, and other fasteners used to secure the panels to the mounting frame or brackets.
  3. Wire management system: The wire management system includes cable clips, ties, conduits, and junction boxes used to organize and protect the wires connecting the solar panels.
  4. Inverter: An important component of a solar panel installation is the inverter which converts direct current (DC) from the panels into alternating current (AC) that can be used to power homes and businesses.
  5. Monitoring system: A monitoring system allows users to track the performance of their solar panels, including energy production and efficiency. It may also include remote access capabilities for troubleshooting or maintenance purposes.
  6. Grounding equipment: Grounding equipment is necessary to ensure the safety of the solar panel installation by providing a path for excess electricity to dissipate in case of a surge or lightning strike.
  7. Weatherproofing materialsSolar photovoltaic systems are exposed to various weather conditions, so it’s important to have weatherproofing materials such as sealants and waterproof coatings to protect the components from moisture damage.
  8. Safety equipment: Safety equipment such as harnesses and ladders may be necessary during the installation process to ensure the safety of workers.
  9. Tools and equipment: Various tools and equipment are required for the installation, maintenance, and repair of solar photovoltaic systems such as drills, wrenches, meters, and testing devices.
  10. Manuals and instructions: Lastly, manuals and instructions for proper installation, operation, and maintenance of the components should be provided by manufacturers to ensure safe and efficient use of solar photovoltaic brackets. Overall, these components work together to support and maximize the efficiency of solar panels in converting sunlight into electricity for sustainable energy production. As technology continues to advance in this field, we can expect to see even more innovative components being developed for optimally harnessing solar energy.
